Captain Troy Mell has owned and operated Reel Mell-O Fishing Charters since 2003 in the gin clear waters of Islamorada, Key Largo and across the Florida Bay in the Everglades National Park and near shore waters targeting Redfish, Snook, Tarpon, Bonefish, Permit and Trout. Deposit Refunds and Cancellation Policy: Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made 7 days prior to the scheduled trip or in the event of bad weather or unsafe boating conditions. The decision to cancel a trip for weather is at the sole discretion of the captain. First consideration will be given to rescheduling your trip. If a mutually agreeable date cannot be scheduled, your deposit will be refunded as follows. Deposits made with a credit card will be refunded on the same card. If a check was submitted, a refund check will be issued within 10 business days of the cancellation date. Cancellations made within 7 days are not refundable.
